Software Engineer – Web Portal
MDT is seeking a Software Engineer who will be responsible for the development of client-server software. Duties include:
Design and development of web portal to an existing 2 and 3 tier client server application
Design and develop new applications that work within our product family.
Produce documentation of designs for assigned development projects.
Code and unit test assigned development projects thoroughly before handing off to Testing.
Assist in the construction of test scripts and test systems.
MDT is seeking a Software Development Engineer who will be responsible for the development of software drivers to interface with devices and software. This includes various phases of software development, including design, implementation, integration, unit testing, revision control, release and maintenance of multiple products and subsystems. Our development team works with Visual C++ and C/C#, (Perl experience a plus) on Microsoft Windows Systems. Our ideal candidate will have (at a minimum) a four-year degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, coupled with a minimum of 2-4 years experience in software development or engineering.
MDT is seeking a Quality Assurance Test Engineer to provide in-depth testing of our software product. This individual will conduct functional, operational, and performance tests on software prior to general release. Duties include: execute test plans as outlined by QA Manager; assist in the development of test plans, problem research, and test result analysis and more.
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as a QA Test Engineer working with manufacturing software, or similar, or 1-3 years of experience as a controls engineer with a software background; a degree from an accredited technical school or university, or equivalent and knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
